in collaboration with ECCO's Innovation Lab, I spearheaded a project focused on advancing sport footwear solutions. I envisioned and developed the “Asymmetric” design approach, featuring a distinctive sole profile crafted to support natural foot movement and address common wear challenges.
A key element of this design is an asymmetric aperture pattern, strategically positioned to protect high-abrasion areas, which extends the durability of both the shoe and its laces during skateboarding.
